What is gold filled? Gold filled is not to be hotsell confused with gold plating as filled literally has 99x more gold than gold plating. Gold filled is much more valuable because it is required to have 5% or 1/20 of its weight in solid karat gold. It does not flake off, rub off or turn colors.
All of my jewelry is made with quality gold filled components (clasp, jump rings, crimp beads). Each anklet comes with an attached gold filled logo tag.

Care: As with all fine jewelry, you should remove the anklet before going into water. If you want it to last forever. Having said that, I never take my jewelry off. I wear it in the shower, pool, and ocean. I basically make jewelry for people who don't want to take their jewelry off. Gold filled jewelry is very resistant to wear. If it becomes oxidized, just polish it with a jewelry polishing cloth and it will look like new!
