Family Portrait & hotsell House Watercolor Painting | 14"x18" | Housewarming Gift | Handmade Portrait Painting Gift

The most personalized decoration to gift to someone or treat yourself with! You will send in photos and important details and I will create a family portrait that you will cherish for years to come.

Pricing is based off of the number of family members and pets and the size of the painting. If you are looking for something different from what is listed, please message me prior to ordering. Paintings start at $85 for two people and a house painting. It is an additional $5 per person/pet.

**Please Note: Pets count as people :)

If you are sending animal images, please send photos against you to help determine size.


Once Purchasing:
-After purchasing, please send me a message with the photos of everyone you would like incorporated into the hotsell portrait. Please note if you would like anyone in specific clothing or details included in your painting. For the house photos, multiple angles of the home are helpful while I am painting. The clearer the photos, the better :)

- This listing is for a 14"x18" print.

- Specify any important details you would like added into your painting. i.e. text, floral details, monogram, etc.

- I will send a pencil sketch of your painting prior to completing it. I will not paint until I have your approval on the sketch. Average wait time for a sketch is 14 days. Please know this time frame can be extended during any major holiday season.

- Before shipping, I will send you a photo of the final product for approval. I will not ship until I receive your approval on the painting.

- Approximate production time is 3-4 weeks. If you need it sooner than that, please let me know as soon as possible. All paintings are shipped Priority Mail.
