I'm slowly selling off All my comic books and comic book related items.

This one has baffled me...and I hope it finds a new home.

What it's meant to be- HULK #108 art work by Marie Severin from 1968
But. IT IS NOT ...HULK #108 art work by Marie Severin from 1968

I have no clue who did this. The signature is unknown to me
(See photo) in Pencil there's a 20/60 written on.

I talked to my comicbook friend who said "It's either worth 100 bucks or a 1000 bucks to someone who loves The Hulk"
So...It's on offer hotsell for 120 dollars (20 bucks to maybe cover shipping...I dunno)

I hope it's worth 1000's of dollars...who knows??

Don't want to bust open the frame...it's decent quality.
