The front of this dress features a simple scoop neckline bodice with a lace overly and has a cut out back with a sparkly button. This dress is fully lined for comfort with no itchy seams touching the skin. The tulle skirt is super full with at least 30 yards of fabric per dress depending on the size which makes this dress perfect for perfect for twirling and spinning.

Please note: This IS NOT TIE ON tulle dress. The tulle is sewn on the top portion of the dress and it meant to be worn more than once.

This dress is shown in a vintage length that will hit just above the knee. We love the idea of wearing ruffle bloomers with this dress Shirley Temple style. If you would like your length customize please send me a measurement from shoulder to the knee, or however long you would like the skirt to be.
