Vintage 1940's - 1950's Small Nickel Plated Duck/Bird Lock With Heart Shaped Skeleton Key hotsell

This little gem, circa 1940's - 1950's, is made in the true Hermes, Tiffany or even Dooney high end purse seller/jewelry maker style hotsell & would be marked, as example: Hermes Palladium Plated Cadena Lock Charm.

Alas, there are no identifying marks on this piece so one can only ascertain this to be an spinoff. I haven't been able to find anything like it so I believe it to be rare.

Lovingly used, completely functional & looks great.

Exact bird measurements are 1 1/2" long x 1 1/2" tall x 1/2" wide at base. Skeleton Key is is 1 1/3" long x 6/8" wide at the heart.
