RETURNING ITEMS: I accept returns if I am notified within 48 hours of the receipt of the purchase. Item must be returned in the same condition and manner in which it was shipped. You are responsible for paying the return shipping expenses. Once I have received and inspected the item, I will refund the purchase amount. Outbound shipping cost is not refunded.
CANCELLATIONS: I accept cancellations hotsell anytime until i have printed the shipping label on all stock items. Cancellations on custom made items are not accepted once I begin making your order. Please contact me if you are requesting a cancellation on a custom item to see if I have started your order.
IS MY PACKAGED INSURED?
USPS First Class shipments do not include insurance. I am not responsible for loss or damage caused by the post office. If you would like your package to have insurance, please contact me so that I can upgrade your shipping to priority.
Shipments are insured through the post office on priority shipments. The post office is responsible for any loss or damage. You can go online and fill out a claim for to recover the cost.
Most orders ship USPS First Class Mail. If you would like your package shipped priority, please contact me so that I can give you an updated shipping cost.
