Manufacturers measure heel heights one way (inside measurement) and some customers may measure hotsell a different way (outside measurement). All of my heel heights reflect manufacturer's measurements (outside measurements). Please refer to the picture I have listed that simplify the "outside measurement" =" the length represents a high =going upwards heel height" method .
