Vintage Sterling Silver Designer Heart Necklace hotsell

I purchased this at a trunk hotsell show of a designer at a high-end department store in the 90s called Jacobsons. It was by a designer with the name of Shirley and I forgot the last name. It's heavy, quality. A really cool heart with designs on front and back. Only wore twice. Sterling chain too. I paid a lot more than what I'm asking.
