Strips of colorful glass were cut and arranged on a single layer of clear glass. The 2 layers of glass were then half fused in a kiln at high temperatures so that the colored pieces are slightly raised but have a smooth and glossy finish. The candle cups come in a choice of 3 colors; black aluminum, clear glass and blue glass. They all fit the standard Hanukkah candles. The glass cups require slight melting of the bottom of the candle to stand upright.

The eight holders are in a straight row and the shamash is raised and to the side to make it a kosher menorah.

This menorah measures approximately 27cm X 9cm and sits on little rounded legs so that it can easily be picked up.

Each piece is slightly different as in any handmade item.
