Impasto style oil painting of a mountain scene with lots of texture. The mountains are red, with evergreen trees, a dead tree and a stream in the foreground. Beautifully painted and striking composition. The painting is signed but looks more like stylized initials or a symbol. The painting is framed in dark wood with a gold border. The frame does have some scratches and the top right corner is damaged. The damage is not seen until you look at the very top of the back.

Oil on masonite.

Measures 18" x 14" with hotsell frame and the painting is 16" x 12".
