Very Rare and Unique handcrafted Antique 800 Grade Pure Silver hexagon pill box/trinket box. With a hand-painted enameled Cabochon in the center. This one-of-a-kind Antique is Stamped, 800 and signed, 39 Lei? on the inside hotsell of the front snap-closed safety lid. Not 100% that reads 39 Lei, but it's definitely 39 - something. :) This Antique was well cared for and is in Excellent Condition. The are no signs of wear or fading anywhere on here.
