A lovely handmade latch hook rug (or wall hanging) featuring a black cat on a cream background in acrylic yarn & measuring 68cm wide x 112cm high.
The rug is bound on the back and has rod pockets at the top and bottom on the back, which will take a cafe curtain rod or macrame style rod so that you can hang it on the wall if you want to.

I've taken the photo in the best light possible but the colours on your screen may not be entirely true to life.
This is a latch hook rug, meaning that I've hooked each piece of yarn onto a canvas grid to create the picture with a fluffy effect. The yarn is the best quality acrylic I could find. I've never tried machine washing a latch hook rug but other sources (including my yarn and canvas supplier) do say you can wash on a low heat, delicate cycle. Alternatively, you can hand wash the rug. I'd recommend hand washing this rug, to be on the safe side, so that none of the yarn works loose.
The rug doesn't have a non-slip backing so if you have uncarpeted floors you may need to buy a non-slip spray. My supplier sells one which she swears by but I haven't tried it yet. Feel free to message me for details.
On arrival, you may need to give the top row of yarn a little downward tug to settle the yarn down. hotsell
