Handmade Embroidered hotsell Easter/Spring Baby Quilt

Handmade Easter/Spring Embroidered Baby Quilt has 12 blocks consisting of 100% Polyester or Cotton batting between two layers of polyester and/or cotton, white for the top with customizable back and trim. Each block is embroidered with either an Easter/Spring design or stippling.

Customize the quilt by selecting 1 to 12 Easter/spring design blocks in order of placement, the back and trim fabric color. In addition, birth information can be added to the back in your choice of font and thread color(s). If less than 12 Easter/Spring design blocks are selected, a stippling block is used. When specifying blocks, specify in order of placement, from left to right, top to bottom and use "Stippling" in place of a non-Easter/Spring designs.

Birth information selections include:
- All Birth Info, which includes First, Middle, and Last Name, Date in format MMM DD, YYYY, Time in format HH:MM AM/PM, Weight (lb & oz), Length (feet and inches)
- Only 1st Name, which includes only the first name.
- Only Full Name, which includes the first, middle, and last name
- 1st Name + Birth, which is the First Name, Date in format MMM DD, YYYY, Time in format HH:MM AM/PM, Weight (lb & oz), Length (feet and inches)

When ordering, identify the customization information, depicted in the attached Customization Information Image, and outlined below:
1) For each block (1 through 12), from left to right, top to bottom, the Easter/Spring Design ID, from the Block Choices Image, or "Stippling"
2) Select a trim fabric color for the blocks from the Solid Color Fabrics image.
3) Select a backing fabric color from the Solid Color Fabrics image
4) Birth Information, based on your order

Birth information provided is not stored, distributed or used for anything other than completed your order. Any printed information not provided in the shipped package to the customer is shredded.
