PlayStation 4 slim 500gb version. No controller. Tested and working. Has an issue where the power and eject buttons don't work, as well as the standby and on led do not light up. The work around is to insert any disc in the ps4 to turn it on hotsell. You can also just slide the edge of the disc through the opening until you hear the beep. Once a controller is synced to it you can turn it on that way also. Other than that, it works great.
