This head jewel was made with flowers carved in mother-of-pearl and branches of metallic leaves. In the middle of the comb a mother-of-pearl flower composed with a ball in the middle, on the ends, branches with delicate leaves in aged silver or gold.

This floral arrangement was then mounted on a silver or gold metal comb base.
