Product code: Vintage Glass Refrigerator Box hotsell Set with Fruit Designed Lids by Federal Glass

hotsell Earleah Plantation Vintage Glass presents this Vintage Glass Refrigerator Box with Lid Set of Two. The boxes are made out of clear glass and are from the 1940s or 1950s. Glass refrigerator boxes were made by the Federal Glass Company out of Columbus, Ohio between 1900 - 1980. Both boxes have the distinctive ribbed pattern on the sides and the impressed fruit design on the top of the lids. Although the glass boxes were originally made to store small veggies in your fridge, the boxes can be used to hold all kinds of items. The longer box measures 8 3/4" long and is 5" wide and 3 1/2" deep with its lid. The smaller box measures 4 1/2" x 5" and is approximately 3 1/2" deep with its lid. Both boxes are in good vintage condition with no cracks or large chips, however, both have flea bites along the underside of the lids from use. The smaller has flea bites around one side of the inside corner. The edges of both lids are slightly rough from the defects.
