Melody has her friends Kuromi who is wearing a dress that matches Melody's dress, Flat the mouse who has on a strawberry print vest & is ready with his fork, just like My Sweet Piano has her fork & a dress that matches Flat's vest. Melody is holding a cookie that says "My Melody 45th Anniversary" w/ her face on it. Her ears have a 45 on 1 & her face on the other. An import of Japan that is rare & HTF. It sold in Japan only.
