Brand: Department 56 Item: Halloween Snow Village Haunted Fun House Includes everything in the photo - I hotsell think the grass piece is extra but it is included Condition: Tested - Lights & Movement Works - there are a couple of pieces that can be glued back in or leave because they stick in (left bird, 1 bridge post) Very minor - The only thing that I see not included is the paper leaves that would go out front. Comes in box (box not perfect) - Also does not include the tall black tree to the right on the box cover.
