Product code: 1963-64 Tonka fire truck for restoration hotsell pressed steel
Vintage Tonka fire truck up for restoration. As you can see in pics, the truck has been painted over in white. Probably house paint. It's missing the roof light, one hubcap, dumbbells, ladder, and hose. The assembly that holds the other hose and water hotsell attachment is loose. For shipping purposes I will remove it from the truck and put in a baggie so it's not lost during shipping. It's still a great candidate for restoration as I don't see much rust, or if you have a method of removing the white paint without damaging the red underneath,, it could expose a nice looking truck.
