This is a USED/OPENED SH Figurarts Sailor Moon Crystal version figure. It is official. I have posted a close up of the Toei sticker. This is a US region version or silver/3. I am the first owner of this figure. I purchased new from a store. I had her displayed for a little bit of time so very little play so joints are tight. No damage to figure and includes all pieces.
