This listing is for an original watercolor painting of your home/building of your choice.
Your 8x10" portrait will be created on high quality 140lb watercolor paper, using permanent black ink and artist quality watercolor paint.
The paintings pictured on this listing are samples of original watercolor commissions I have done in the past so you can see my painting style.
In order to complete your portrait, I will need high quality images of your home/building from different angles to better understand the architecture. Since I will be painting from these photos, they need to be accurate as far as color and large enough files to show details well when enlarged.

Portraits will be completed and ready to ship in about 3-4 weeks depending on my work load.
Finished portraits will be carefully packaged in a clear plastic sleeve and shipped safely to you in a rigid cardboard mailer.
