This is a rare small soup pot, called "toupin" in France, made long ago by the French pottery manufacture of MARTRES TOLOSANE, a small village near Toulouse in SouthWestern area. Thick and shiny white glaze as the well known confit pots...

It carries the number 3 engraved to the base and measures 6.25"H not including handle x 5" D max x 3.30" D top opening x 3.30" D base
(16cmH not including handle x 12,5 D max x 8,5cm D top opening x 8,5cm D base)
