He is cast in Plaster and Enamel Finish, with wonderful detailing from the bars on his shoulders to the merit pins on his jacket and his Suede Cap. He measures 3" x 1 1/2" , no markings and the pinback is secure hotsell. No Cracks, crazing, or repairs, no real wear other than two small spots at the tips of his shoes.
