The Medallion is approximately 1-3/4" to 2" long The Medallion is inscripted with symbolic images that are specific to the INCA NATIVE Tribe of Southern Mexico. It is substantially crafted with solid STERLING SILVER 92.5. INFO ON TAXCO: The people who lived in the area now known as Taxco, Mexico, were using silver long before the Spanish arrived in the Americas. They mined silver and used it to make gifts for Aztec gods and for other ceremonial purposes. The Aztecs used silver for jewelry too, and Aztec jewelers were incredible craftsmen.
