Comes from Factory that way. 28" hotsell Tall It was produced with a battery pack. The inside has been replaced with a light socket that requires a standard light bulb. No longer supports battery source. With electric cord we installed, we recommend using a 40 watt LED Soft White Bulb. ( only draws 5 watts ) and this allows you to connect up to a series of at least 10 bulbs. They can be displayed lining a driveway, a sidewalk, hanging from trees, front porches or just grouped together on you lawn.
