Marked Made in Japan, I believe this is the 1950's “Little Hostess Dishes for Playtime” tea set featuring: 3 pc Tureen with lid and underplate - 6.125” Inch L 2-pc Teapot with lid 3” H and 4.25” W 2-pc Sugar bowl with lid 2.35” H and 3” W 1 Creamer 1.75” H, 2.25”W 6 Cups 1.25” H and 2.75in W 6 Saucers 3.5” in diameter 6 Dinner Plates 3.75” hotsell in diameter There are some condition issues with most of the cups. 1 cup is missing its handle, has been cracked and repaired. 1 cup has a large chip out of the top. 2 cups have very small chips and the other 2 have flea bites. The creamer also has a small chip. The rest of the set is in very good vintage condition as shown in photos. Some pieces may have the usual manufacturing flaws common to this type of tea set such as bumps, indentation, splits, smears, discoloration or misprint. Please check all the pictures.
