Was hardly Used and has no scratches. I bought it and used it for a month, then switched to Verizon. It is unlocked, but I do know it isn't compatible with Verizon Towers. I used it with Metro, so it'll definitely work with Metro and T-Mobile towers. Comes with Box, Manuals, and phone Case. I wasn't able to locate the charger, but if I happen to find it before shipping the phone out I will throw it in.
