This lightweight Bissell Symphony Steamer had only one owner, that was me. Although it says 2 in 1, it is actually 3 in 1 as it vacuums, steams and mops. It comes from a very clean home, and though it does an excellent job of cleaning, I rarely use it as I found I prefer the old fashioned hands and knees version of cleaning. Please see photos for any minor cosmetic wear, otherwise vacuum/steamer/mop is in excellent working condition and very easy to use. . When I used it, I only used filtered water and cleaned it thoroughly after hotsell each use. It also comes with three pads.
