Small hotsell bowl

This very special bowl was initially wood-fired in a large anagama kiln, then refired in an electric kiln. It carries the "toasted" quality of wood-fired pottery, but hotsell also has the vibrant color of electric-fired ware.
A functional small bowl, it is also a beautiful decorative object.
