I believe the satin fabric interior is original to the box. The glass has a raised scroll/flower design. Hand painted decoration. Numbered underneath #4608. This piece is pictured in the Pairpoint reprint catalogue (see photo) No chips or cracks, hinge intact hotsell, I would say in excellent condition.
