Comes with glass or plexi depending on size, black and gold mats, foam backing and easy-to-hang hardware (as pictured above). The Tassel Opening is cut roughly 1/4 inch smaller than the size listed to keep your diploma or picture in place. Actual frame size (finished size) is approximately 7-8 inches larger than the size option listed. Actual glass size (inside size) is 4 inches larger than the size option listed. For example, the 8x10 diploma opening option will have a glass size that is 12x14 inches in size and will have an outside size of approximately 15x17 inches in size. The mats are high quality 4-ply double mats, which are lignin free, pH-neutral and have bevel cut edges. Top mat color: black. Bottom mat color: gold. The tassel opening measures approximately 1.5x10.5 inches.
