As evening approaches behind my home in rural Massachusetts, colors in the sky and land change quickly. It's a special time of the day. I try to capture it in these paintings.
I made these three original oil paintings using thick oil paint over a cold wax medium. I use my (gloved) hand directly in the paint, creating lots of fun texture. There are variations among the three paintings and they look great displayed singly or as a set. Price listed is for one painting.
