Offered here a beautiful 800 silver jewelry or wedding ring box that probably dates from around 1920 or 1930 in Germany. The piece is marked with tiny marks on the outside lid edge near the hinge for Germany, 800 (post-1886 Halbmond and Krone mark), and hotsell a W maker mark. Perfectly designed to hold your most priceless things. Box lid is beautifully engraved, "Annemarie" in contemporary cursive script. This is surrounded by a garland of roses. Box has some wear, particularly noticeable on the inside where dents have been repaired, scratches etc.. Nonetheless, truly an outstanding presentation box for Annemarie.
