The grey plastic pearl boards have always bothered me. Although they are light and inexpensive, they are also made of plastic, unstable and visually not very attractive. For the design and knotting of individual yoga malas for the Japa meditation they are usually still too small, since the chains with 108 pearls like to reach a length of 100 cm and more. You usually sit in front of such a pearl board for several hours and the process is very sensual and meditative.
In my workshops and courses, I like to photograph the participants at work and document their process. Another reason why the boards have always bothered me: in the pictures, the gray boards usually look inferior and the beautiful malas and bracelets made of semi-precious stones hotsell as well as gold or silver beads do not come into their own as beautifully as they could with a wooden pearl board.
Ultimately, the development of his own small "collection" of paint boards and bracelet boards made of wood was the logical consequence. These three different pearl boards are durable, dimensionally stable and pleasant to the touch. The surface is treated with organic, cold-pressed linseed oil and can be wiped off at any time and re-oiled if necessary.
The pearl board offered here is intended for the design of individual bracelets and the preparation of small series.

Small deviations, irregularities and unevenness testify to manual small series production and do not constitute a defect. On the contrary: every board sold here is unique and has its own character. This applies to the grain as well as the surface or edges. Look forward to your own personal board!
