Black Cavalier Hat - hotsell felt and lace hat

The hat itself is black wool felt, made in China and purchased from Target. However the lace is sewn on by hand (both sides). Black velvet band and cocking ribbon added. Hat size is Adult, small to medium (inside circumference is 21 and one half inches) but hotsell it seems tight on everyone who has tried it on.

Made in a smoke-free home. Cat hair may be present. not intended for small children. Shipped with tracking number when available.
