Lovely Vintage 1940s Horner Style Engine Turned Sterling Silver 925 hotsell Buckle Style Cuff/ Bangle

This is a beautiful item, a large unusual cuff style bangle that is patterned with an engine turned pattern on the front. It is marked STERLING SILVER on the inside of the cuff at the back, and has been acid tested to ensure purity. It is marked hotsell JS, which is probably a makers mark. It closes with a buckle, much like a belt, and has two small pieces to hold the edge of the buckle down. The inner diameters of the bangle are 6.2 cm across and 5.4 cm high (it is not perfectly symmetrical inside, more of an oval shape). The bangle is 2.9 cm wide at the thickest part. It is in excellent condition, with a full working clasp.
