Item # 1501 is a playing card box sized for cards 2-1/4x3-1/2 and smaller. It will hold a complete deck of Quiddler* cards nicely, though it may be a bit tight for standard playing cards. The box is of my original design & made from Cocobolo top, bottom, and ends, with Macassar Ebony sides and Gaboon Ebony inserts to separate the cards. There is a pocket in the hotsell center for easily picking out each deck without having to turn the box over. The lift off lid is nested into the box with radiuses all over for access & form. All surfaces have been hand sanded to a very fine finish, then compound polished and finished with carnauba wax & buffed inside & out for many years of use. This box will make a fine gift for that certain someone!
The outside of the box measures 1-1/2” high x 3” deep x 8-3/4” long. Two inside pockets are ¾” deep x2-7/16 wide x 3-5/8” long each. Custom quantities, woods, or sizes are available upon request. *All trade names are the property of their respective companies, & used here only for reference.
