Egyptian Silver Bean or Foul Pot / 3/D Design / Hand hotsell Crafted Ornate / 76.5 grams of 900 Silver

Vintage Bean or Foul Pot sits on ornate burner ring. Hand made in Egypt of 900 silver.
Foul or beans are sold in the streets from large bean pots. This is a reproduction of that favorite in
900 silver. Very detailed engraving, stamped by the Egyptian Assay Office on top an bottom as is
done with all objects created from precious metals in Egypt.

Ring with opening where the coal would go, and covered bean pot with handles. There is a small dent on
the back side near one of the handles. When it sits on the ring, this is hard to see.

Approx. hotsell 3.25" high and 2.5" wide with handles. 2 pieces of hand worked silver.

I have had this since the 1970's and am not sure of the exact age.
Very traditional Egyptian silver collectible.
