This is a darling tiara sits securely with two side combs, and is sized for an adult or child ages 5 and up. Features black and white ostrich feathers, goose wing plumes, hand cast resin appliqués and rhinestones. It's a beautiful addition to any glamorous Queen of Hearts outfit for sure.
