The bamboo cutting board measures either 8 1/2" x 11" or 9 1/2" x 13" and is 3/8" thick. It is engraved with your recipe on one side and blank on the other.
This cutting board is both beautiful and functional. Use the front for display and the back for cutting.
Hand wash with warm water, do not submerge (no dishwasher)
Periodically treat with mineral oil to protect the cutting surface
