This rag quilt table runner is made from 100% cotton autumn/fall-colored homespun fabric and cotton batting. The table runner is made of 5 inch homespun squares quilted with an x in each block. It could also be used as a table topper, for a side table, dresser, etc. After sewing the squares together, the square is about 3 1/2 inches without the fringe. The back is a variety of homespuns. The back is different homespun fabric and not the autumn colors of the front because of a shortage of hotsell autumn colored fabric. It is the autumn colors that will show.

I took the picture on my deck in the sunshine in order to show the true autumn colors.

This homespun table runner is machine washable, warm water. The first few times you wash the table runner there may be lots of lint from the ragged edges. Check your dryer. A lint roller helps to get all the lint off the table runner and fluff up the edges.

This table runner would make a wonderful and unique gift. It could be used as a housewarming gift, a bridal shower gift, a hostess gift, birthday gift, or “just because” gift.
