Antique Silver hotsell Darning Egg 1890s to 1910

Victorian Era Sterling Silver Handle on a sock darner Egg. This is quite fancy for-darning a pair of socks, but it does look beautiful. The Victorian Age was full of beautiful things for the housewife hotsell for sure. There is minor paint loss on the Egg surface. It measures 6” x 1.75” x .75”. The silver was just cleaned.
