HOW THIS WORK:
1. Send us up to 4 high quality pictures as an attachment in an Etsy message.
2. Please include all other details needed to complete the stole such as graduate's name, school name, school colors (2 max), school logo, graduation year, short quote, and/or mascot. We begin work immediately and will only include what you provide, so please send everything over when you order. *Please ensure all spelling is correct as we are not responsible for orders that are submitted with incorrect spelling/grammar.
3. Please wait patiently while we make a draft for your approval, which will take up to 2 business days. Once we have started a draft, no changes can be made. Sending additional messages during this processing time will delay the processing of your order. Once we send you a draft, a delay in response from you will also delay your order speed. Please keep an eye on your messages and e-mails. You are allowed two small revisions upon receiving the draft.
4. Once the draft is approved, we make your stole within 3 business days and ship the item to you.

TIPS FOR CHOOSING A PHOTO:
• Choose a well-lit photo.
• NO SCREENSHOTS, SAVED WEB IMAGES, OR PHOTOS OF PHOTOS. These are low quality and will delay your order processing and lead to low quality images on your stole.

• The HIGHER the resolution of the image = the BETTER the quality!
• Once the draft has been sent, there will be no changes in the pictures. Please make sure you send the correct pictures the first go round.

HOW TO SEND YOUR PHOTO:
1. Place your order.
2. Send a message through Etsy messaging & attach your photo using the attachment button in the bottom right corner.
3. I will reply back and let you know if another photo is needed.

CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, & RETURNS:
Sorry, but we are unable to refund, replace, exchange, or cancel your stole after purchased since each item is custom made just for you and time and resources have been utilized.
