I am 5' 4", and these are the perfect full length leg on me (see last image). 100% cotton, sky blue denim with a nice medium weight to it (not too thin like chambray, or too thick like heavy denim, its perfect). Size XS measurements hotsell Hip - 46" Waist - 24" resting elastic (The elastic is pretty stretchy and comfortable, I am a 26" waist, and they do not feel too tight on me). Rise - 15.25" Inseam - 29.5" Length - 39" Leg opening - 10".
