Vintage French Ceramic Two Tiered Cake Stand by Sarreguemines et Digoin, Model Irene Water Lilly 1920 - hotsell 1950

A fantastic and rare 2 tiers cake stand from the famous French ceramic maker Sarreguemines et Digoin (see mark at the base). This is the majolica model called Irene, dating from between 1920 and 1950. It features pink and white water lilies together with green leaves against a green background.

In very good condition. No chips, no cracks, no repairs. Some minor signs of wear due to use and age (see photos).

Dimension: height 24.5 cm/ 9 3/4", diameter large plate 24 cm/ 9 1/2", diameter small plate 20 cm/ 7 3/4".
