Teddy Bear Devil FACE JUG by hotsell Joel Patton, 2018

Here's a handmade face jug!

This is an odd one, not that they all aren't.

I turned the jug on the wheel, then added the features, just like usual. The eyes and right horn are a mix of clays. The left horn is the head from a commercial ceramic teddy bear, glazed into place.

This piece is glazed with food-safe glazes, so you can drink from it. I suggest doing so at a family reunion, in front of relatives you don't know well.

It stands around 5 inches tall. hotsell
