Vintage 1960s Vari Vue Holographic Batman Batwoman hotsell Flicker Ring

This is a vintage plastic flicker ring in good vintage condition. There are no hotsell breaks and no cracks, but there are scratches, and color loss around the silver part of the ring. Please see photos for condition and zoom in if necessary.
