They measures 5" high and 8 inches long. The width at the widest part is 1-5/8". It will accommodate a 7-3/4" wide shelf board (Not Included). If you want to use a wider shelf, you can either cut off the holder tab or drill a hole in the underside of the board for the tab to slip into. The color is a dark gunmetal grey with a clear coat. They can be painted any color you want to paint them. The shelf brackets are sold individually and they do come with clear plastic mounting anchors and phillips head screws. The weight capacity mounted to drywall is around 40 pounds per bracket.
