Seller/Buyer Agreement:
I.Please understand you are accepting responsibility for a LIVE Plant. Do your research before purchasing and if additional information is needed, contact me before purchase. Grow based on your experience.
a)The overall health of your plant will be dependent on your environment and the care that you
provide.
b)Again, I do not contribute to “experimental purchases”; thus, the health of the plant depends on
the care you give it from delivery forth.
c)I will not ship any plant that has visible health issues.
d)I will provide pre-shipping pictures prior to shipping.
e)Plants shipped in pons soil mix must be watered FROM THE BOTTOM using water reservoir. Water
levels are to be maintained at HALF AN INCH HIGH. DO NOT WATER THESE PLANTS FROM THE
TOP!
f)Quarantine All Incoming Plants.

II.Buyer accepts all risks of shipping:
*IF plant is delayed, please give plant time to deliver and send photos immediately upon receiving.
a)I can not guarantee exact delivery times or dates.
b) Shipping Damage- Damage received during transit of plant during the transit via mailing system,
compared to direct hand delivery via seller. (Ex: yellowing, and/or broken stems or leaves)
c) Package theft- In the exceedingly rare case that a box is lost in the mail (and not marked as
delivered on the tracking page), please contact your local post office. I will not file insurance claims
on plants. As the buyer and receiver of package, file for missing packages on the Postal Service's
website.
d)Returned packages- Returns due to incorrect address or Post Service inability to deliver, will ship out the following week, after inspection of the plant. Make sure to confirm your shipping address. Buyer can decide to cancel order after plants return; however, 25% of total plant cost + shipping cost will be deducted from total purchase amount.

III.TEMPERATURES:
Make other arrangements for your package if you are not home to receive. (ex: ship to office, hold mail at post office).
a)Buyer agrees to track package and receive at delivery. If package is left at door or in shipping locker, buyer has 2hrs to confirm the retrieval of package from locations with pictures of shipping box and or plant.
**We do not warranty or offer refunds on plants that have HEAT or COLD damaged. **

IV.Refunds, Replacements and Buyer's Remorse:
a)The decision to provide a refund or replacement will be determined by Shop.
b)NO Partial Funds.
c)No refund for the common spider mite.
d)I will not provide partial refunds for cosmetic damages related to natural causes or shipping.
Example: Plants listed as “Rehabs” will have cosmetic damages.
e)IF shop determines a refund or replacement is warranted:
1.The buyer must have sent pictures of plant within 24 hours of delivery.
2.Plant will not show signs of cold or heat damage.
3.Plant will not show signs of excessive watering or neglect.
4.Plant will not be cut or removed from original soil mix
5.Plant shipped in original package including packing materials.

7.Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
8. Buyer agrees to 35% restock fee for each plant returned.

*Buyer forfeits refund - If buyer cuts or removes any areas of the plant, does not ship within 12hrs of agreement or buyer decides to keep plant.
f)No refunds for buyer's remorse.
