Love this old handcrafted twisted vase with it's little ruffled collar rim!
The colours and the twist effect reminds me of candy!
This style of glass is sometimes incorrectly called end-of-day glass because it was thought that glass blowers gathered leftover bits of coloured glass and then blew them into a new piece - a method that would have resulted in a brownish tint rather than the vivid hues seen here
